(Anchorage, AK) On September 21, 2017, 43 year old Anthony Pisano of Anchorage for intentionally causing the death of three men on September 12, 2017. Pisano was indicted on 10 counts, including three counts of murder in the first degree, an unclassified felony.
On September 12, 2017, at approximately 9:56 a.m., the Anchorage Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and found three men who had been shot. The charges in the indictment are only allegations and are not evidence of guilt. Pisano is presumed innocent and is entitled to a fair trial at which the prosecution must prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
Pisano is scheduled to be arraigned in Superior Court on Monday, September 25, 2017 at approximately 1:45 p.m. His bail was previously set at $500,000 cash and a court approved third party custody.
