Juneau Man Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges

(Anchorage, AK) – On April 8, 2021, a Juneau grand jury indicted Jeffrey Fultz for three counts of sexual assault in the second degree and one count of harassment in the first degree for conduct involving three separate victims. The indictment is based upon incidents that took place from 2016 through 2020 while Mr. Fultz was working at the Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) as a chiropractor.
The case is being prosecuted by the Juneau District Attorney’s Office. If convicted at trial, Mr. Fultz faces up to 99 years imprisonment. The charges in the indictment are only allegations and are not evidence of guilt. Mr. Fultz is presumed innocent and is entitled to a fair trial at which the prosecution must prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
On April 18, 2021, Mr. Fultz was arrested in New Mexico on a $25,000 arrest warrant. He is pending extradition to Alaska.
