(Kenai, AK) – On Nov. 19, Kenai Superior Court Judge Lance Joanis sentenced 33-year-old Jeremiah Barton to serve 15 years with 8 years suspended, leaving 7 years to serve, following his guilty plea to a consolidated count of Sexual Abuse of a Minor in the Second Degree.

Kris Overlander Sentenced to 25 Years to Serve for Sexual Abuse of a Minor

(Kenai, AK) – Today, Superior Court Judge Jason Gist sentenced 29-year-old Kris Overlander to serve 40 years with 15 years suspended, leaving an initial active term of confinement of 25 years, following his guilty plea to a consolidated count of Sexual Abuse of a Minor in the Second Degree.
