About the Juneau District Attorney's Office

The Juneau District Attorney’s Office is located in the Dimond Courthouse in downtown Juneau. The office consists of five attorneys, two victim-witness paralegals, and three professional support staff positions with a satellite office in Sitka consisting of one attorney, a victim-witness paralegal, and a professional support staff position. Together the offices prosecute violations of criminal law occurring throughout northern Southeast, stretching as far north as Yakutat and as far south as Wrangell. The offices share the responsibility of traveling to various court locations throughout northern Southeast, including to the rural court communities of Haines, Hoonah, Angoon, Petersburg, Kake, Skagway, Wrangell, and Yakutat.
