About the Kodiak District Attorney's Office
The Kodiak District Attorney's Office has two full-time attorneys, including the Kodiak District Attorney, a victim-witness paralegal, and one support staff. Together the office serves Alaska’s "Emerald Isle" through the prosecution of criminal cases on behalf of the State of Alaska. The Office is located in the city of Kodiak and serves both it as well as the many surrounding villages on the Kodiak Island Archipelago. The Kodiak District Attorney's Office promotes public safety through prompt, effective, and compassionate prosecution of cases in which it advocates for public interest, stewards public resources, and holds offenders accountable.
