Changes to the Alaska Landlord Tenant Act

The Alaska Uniform Residential Landlord Tenant Act has been amended by the Alaska legislature, and the changes to the law go in to effect on September 15, 2014.

The landlord-tenant booklet, The Alaska Landlord and Tenant Act: what it means to you,has been revised to include the changes in the law.  The updated booklet and statutes are available on the Department of Law website.
