Sentencing Scheduled for Anchorage Woman for Sexual Assault of Airman

On February 28, 2014, 65 year old Robert Luch will be sentenced in Anchorage Superior Court. Luch was convicted on February 7, 2013 of murder in the first degree and murder in the second degree by am Anchorage jury. Luch was convicted for shooting and killing his wife, Jocelyn Luch, in their Turnagain home.
Luch faces a sentence of 20 to 99 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000. Superior Court Judge Jack Smith will determine Luch’s sentence at the conclusion of the sentencing hearing, which is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. on October 14.
