Murder Sentencing Scheduled for Anchorage Man

Today, 49-year-old Kenneth Wahl will be sentenced in Anchorage Superior Court. Wahl was convicted in June 2013 for the murder of Elisa Orcutt in 2009. Wahl was previously convicted of murder in 1985.

Wahl faces a sentence of 99 years in prison. Superior Court Judge Jack Smith will sentence Wahl at the conclusion of the sentencing hearing, which is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. on December 13.
