Sentencing Scheduled for 2010 Ship Creek Sexual Assault

Tomorrow, 42-year-old David Standifer will be sentenced at 11:00 by Anchorage Superior Court Kevin Saxby. Standifer was convicted in November 2013 for sexually assaulting a woman near Ship Creek in April 2010. Standifer’s sentencing was continued from its original date in March 2014 until tomorrow.

Standifer faces a sentence of not less than 60 years in prison.
